Badwater SSC – “Solo Self-Contained Crossing” Ultramarathon
Follow Croix on a nonstop 146 mile 3 day race. It starts in the second hottest place on the planet with an air temperatures as hot as 129 degrees Fahrenheit and pavement temperatures up to 180 degrees. The course runs from the lowest point to the highest point in the continental United States, a 25,000 ft total elevation climb. “Self-contained” means that there are no aid stations or water stops along the way. Croix must push a 250 pound modified jogger cart for food and water. Only 5 people in history have attempted this and only two people have succeeded. Can Croix break the record? Sign up to find out.
